1. General information
In compliance with the duty of information set out in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following details are provided:

2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website slimmygel.store (hereinafter, "the Store") and the purchase of the products offered on it. Access to and use of the Store grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Purchase process
- The user selects the desired product(s) and adds them to the cart.
- Before confirming the order, a summary is shown with the total price, shipping costs (if applicable), and taxes included.
- The user confirms the order and proceeds to payment through the available methods.
- After confirmation, a purchase confirmation email is sent to the address provided.
All prices shown include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Payment methods
Payments are processed securely through the payment gateways enabled in the Store. SlimmyGel does not store credit card data or sensitive financial information; this data is managed directly by the corresponding payment provider.
5. Shipping

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the user has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification, extended to 30 days under our commercial policy. Products that, for hygiene or health protection reasons, have had their seal broken after delivery are excluded from this right.
7. Warranties
The products sold carry the legal warranties established by Spanish and European Union consumer regulations against defective products or products not conforming to the contract.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Store (text, images, logos, design) is the property of SlimmyGel or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under intellectual and industrial property regulations. Its reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
9. Data protection
