1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after purchase and payment are confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 calendar days from when the order ships, depending on your location.

In accordance with Article 66 ter of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), in the absence of an express agreement on the delivery date, the seller must deliver the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Our estimated delivery time of 15-20 days is expressly communicated before purchase, in compliance with the duty of prior information.

3. Shipping zones

In accordance with consumer regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the product during transport is the seller's responsibility until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the product.

8. Shipping address errors

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. SlimmyGel is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, although we will try to help resolve the issue as far as possible.

9. Customs and taxes (international shipments)

For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the buyer's responsibility and outside SlimmyGel's control.
