At SlimmyGel we want your purchase to be satisfying. This policy covers two distinct situations, in line with Spanish consumer protection regulations:

1. Right of withdrawal (change of mind)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to justify your reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused, in the same condition it was received.
  • To start the process, email us at bookywall@outlook.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is our error or a defective product (see section 2).
  • If the product is received opened, used, or showing signs of handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the amount corresponding to the product's depreciation, in accordance with Article 108.2 of RDL 1/2007.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive the returned product, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Legal warranty (defective or damaged product)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract under the legal conformity warranty (RDL 1/2007, valid for up to 3 years from delivery for goods).

Conditions:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • In these cases, the product does not need to be unopened, since you need to open it to check the damage.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs once the defect is confirmed.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email us at bookywall@outlook.com with your order number and the reason (withdrawal or defective product).
  2. We will confirm the process to follow and, if applicable, the return address.
  3. Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund or replacement within a maximum of 14 days.

4. Exclusions

For hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have had their seal broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they have manufacturing defects.

⚠️ Important note: The right of withdrawal cannot be limited to defective products only — it is a legal consumer right independent of the product's condition, as long as it is returned unused. What has been included is the possibility of deducting value if the product is returned used, and a clear distinction from the defect warranty (which can apply without the "unopened" requirement).
