If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email us at warmsitshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Conditions
- The item must be returned complete, with all its parts and accessories, and in the condition you received it.
- Please keep your proof of shipment until the refund is completed.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take some additional business days to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
