Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 10–15 days from the date of purchase. This includes processing time and transit time.

Preorders

Some products are sold as preorders. Preorder items ship as soon as they become available, within the delivery window shown above.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

International orders

For orders delivered outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays and address issues

Carriers can occasionally experience delays outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
